Meet Dr. Cook
Dr. Cook is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry in 2002. Dr. Cook practiced general dentistry in New Mexico until 2005. Dr. Cook opened his practice in Phoenix Arizona in 2005 and was named to Americas Top Dentist in 2007.
Dr. Cook enjoys all facets of dentistry with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Cook has completed cosmetic training at Aesthetic Vision Seminars and Laser training at the World Clinical Laser Institute. Dr. Cook has also completed advanced training in Invisalign.
Dr. cook maintains memberships with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry and is a proud member of Elite Dental Plan.
